DogeMiner CE Major Update v0.03

Added Slave Kittens and Moon Rocket

Added tons of bells and whistles + QOL tweaks
(like spawning helpers, sound effects for everything, muting those sound effects, etc)

Fixed DPS actually not counting anything
(now it counts but doesn't round to nearest tenth for some reason)
